Returns & Exchanges

At Vildnfri, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read the policy below carefully, especially regarding swords and other edged weapons.

Returns eligibility

We accept returns on most unused items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • You must contact us at returns@vildnfri.com before sending anything back

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, damage, or modification.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email returns@vildnfri.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll respond with return instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or sent in error.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send the exchange, as requested.

Sword Sales – Important Notes

Due to the nature of bladed items, please inspect your sword carefully before using it. Once a sword has been:

  • Used (even lightly),

  • Sharpened, modified, or altered,

  • Or shows signs of wear from handling,

…it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

We carefully inspect and package all swords before shipment, but if your item arrives damaged, please email returns@vildnfri.com with clear photos within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom orders or made-to-measure items

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Used or altered products

  • Gift cards or digital products

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at returns@vildnfri.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging (if damaged)

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue, whether through a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. We’ll notify you once your return is processed.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error

  • We do not offer refunds for delays caused by postal carriers

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or variation, email returns@vildnfri.com. We’ll confirm availability and hold the exchange item while your return is in transit (if requested).
